Skilled Nursing Care
Our Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses will help you with medications, IV therapy, ostomy care, patient and family health education, wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, blood draws for lab tests, diabetic care, psychiatric nursing care and other skilled care you may require.
Home Health Aides
Certified Nursing Assistants will aid you with personal care such as: bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care and other services needed to promote your recuperation and ability to remain at home. Our Aides are also available for Private Pay Respite Care. Respite care provides the same great services as well as Meal Preparation, Grocery Shopping, Laundry, Errands, Companionship, Light Housekeeping, and Assistance with Activities of Daily Living.
Certified therapists will assist you through therapeutic exercises and gait training programs to restore range of motion, strength, balance and endurance, so you can function alone or within your potential limits. Commonly treated conditions: Stroke/Neurological disorders, Joint Replacements, Visual Impairments, Post-traumatic injuries, Arthritis, Amputation, Head Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Fractures and Developmental delays.
Certified therapists will aid you in maximizing your functional independence within your home. He/She will also increase you and your caregiver's knowledge of proper therapeutic techniques ensuring that all adhere to the prescribed treatment. Commonly treated conditions: Stroke/Neurological disorders , Joint Replacements, Visual Impairments, Post-traumatic injuries, Arthritis, Amputation, Head Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Fractures and Developmental delays.
Certified therapists will help you resume the ability to communicate basic physical needs and your emotional status, increase your comprehensive/memory skills and help with swallowing difficulties. All in effort to maximize your functional independence. Our Speech Therapists have certifications in Parkinson's Management and Dementia Memory Cognition for Improved Quality of Life. Other Commonly treated conditions: Stroke/Neurological disorders, Swallowing disorders, Post-laryngectomy, Post-traumatic injuries, Voice disorders, Head trauma, Auditory comprehension disorders, Pediatrics - developmental delays and feeding disorders. Services include but are not limited to diagnostic assessment, receptive and expressive language disorders, speech-articulation, cognitive-communication disorders, oral-motor skills, swallowing disorders, voice disorders and treatment with augmentative communication devices, such as language board, electrolarynx and more.
